I've just started on this new training plan with Plan7 Coaching, which sponsors my bike team. It's been weird trying to adjust what I usually do to what they want me to do. Usually I'll go out for whatever I want to do on a run or bike ride, but now everything is planned.
So today I ran 4.5 miles before school this morning at the park with 8x30" uphill trail repeats.
I brought my bike in the back of my car to school, so after school I went straight up to Salt Lake to ride Shoreline trail and Bobsled with my friend Galen. It was a fun ride, as always! I biffed it at the end trying to go off this rock drop, almost went OTB, so that was sketchy. I went to chem lab that afternoon covered in dirt. All in all a good day.
